Skincare routine for normal skin

Normal skin is the lucky duck of skin types, as it is well-balanced, not prone to extreme oiliness or dryness, and is generally well-behaved. Normal skin, on the other hand, requires a little attention to keep healthy and bright. Here's a simple morning and evening routine for you:

Morning:

Cleanse:

Use a softly non-stripping cleanser to remove pollutants without changing the natural balance of your skin. Cleansing bubbles, creamy washes, and cleansing micellar waters are all viable solutions. Rinse well with cool water.

Tone :

Toner can help eliminate any residual residue and balance the pH of your skin. Choose alcohol-free toners with hydrating components such as rose water or cucumber extract.

Moisturize:

Even average skin need moisture! To improve and retain moisture, use a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer with hyaluronic acid or glycerin.

Night:

Cleanse:

Even average skin could benefit from double cleaning, particularly to remove makeup and sunscreen. First, use an oil-based cleanser, then your usual cleanser.

3-4 times per week:

This helps remove dead skin cells and keeps your skin looking clean. Select a light chemical scrub containing These acids or BHAs, which, or an organic scrub including fine sugar or rice.

After cleaning, add a targeted treatment cream if you have any specific issues, such as dark circles or skin tone that is uneven.

Moisturize:

Before bed, cover in all that beauty with a mild, repairing moisturizer.

Extra Tips for normal skin:

Drink lots of water to remain hydrated from within.

Sleep enough for healthy skin cell turnover.

Stress should be controlled because it might lead to skin problems.

For maximum skin health, eat a nutritious diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Pay focus on your skin! If a product or follow disturbs you, quit its use right away.

Remember that consistency is a must in any skincare routine. Continue for a few weeks to see the benefits! And, if you have any worries, always ask for advice.
